CWE Student Position

Position Title: Cooperative Work Experience (CWE) Student Position Summary: The Cooperative Work Experience (CWE) Student supports the host organization by applying classroom knowledge in a real-world work setting. Under supervision, the student assists with a variety of tasks and projects that align with their educational goals and career interests. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience, promote professional development, and enhance practical skills relevant to the student's field of study. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or mentor. Observe and participate in work processes to gain industry-specific knowledge and skills. Apply classroom learning to real-world situations to reinforce academic concepts. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Demonstrate professional behavior, punctuality, and a willingness to learn. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to workplace policies and procedures. Complete any required documentation or evaluations related to the cooperative work experience program. Qualifications: Current student enrolled in a Cooperative Work Experience program through Watford City High School. Interest in gaining experience related to the student's field of study.
