Lead Charge Nurse — Behavioral Health & Shift Leader

Selah-House is seeking a Charge Nurse to provide direct nursing care and shift-level supervision in a behavioral health facility. You will coordinate daily nursing assignments, oversee client care, and lead staff during scheduled shifts. You will participate in assessments, communicate with on-call providers, and perform duties such as venipuncture and EKG while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr Selah-House
