This pivotal role involves architecting a future-ready people strategy that is tightly aligned with the organization's mission and business priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading organizational design, workforce strategy, and change management, as well as designing and institutionalizing scalable people systems. The VP will also be tasked with elevating employee relations as a strategic enterprise capability, driving communication, and shaping talent, culture, and employee experience. The role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in complex, multi-state, or scaling organizations, and the ability to influence and partner with C-suite and Board members. Candidates for the VP of People and Culture position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience, with a strong background in employee relations and a deep understanding of the future of work.
