We are seeking a dependable General Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic carpentry work at various job locations. Residential maintenance or carpentry experience is a plus but is not required.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs
- Perform basic carpentry and facility repairs
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Travel to various job locations as needed
- Complete additional duties as assigned
- Previous maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
- Residential maintenance or carpentry experience is a plus, but not required
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be willing to travel
- Work will take place at various job locations
- Travel is required
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Must be comfortable working in different environments and conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to perform physical maintenance and repair tasks
- $15/hour with a raise after 30 days and again after 6 months.
- $25 per diem
- Hotel accommodations paid by the company. Breakfast is provided by hotel. You will have your own hotel room. (not shared)
- Travel required as part of the position
