Technical Writer / Business Analyst

Hybrid 3 Days onsite
Miami, FL
REQUIRED SKILLS
Important: This is not a traditional Technical Writer role. The ideal candidate will combine technical documentation, business analysis, implementation coordination, and some Scrum/Agile experience.
Most important qualities:
The managers repeatedly emphasized that communication is the most critical skill for this position.
They want someone who can confidently engage engineers, ask the right questions, extract technical information, and communicate it clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, energetic, organized, and comfortable navigating complex enterprise environments.
They are not looking for someone who simply waits for engineers to provide information and then writes it down.
The team is primarily implementing and integrating technology solutions rather than developing software from scratch .
Candidates should understand:
Software development lifecycle (SDLC).
API integrations and basic technical data structures.
JSON and XML.
