Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable, assist with posting and payment of invoices

• Assist with payroll

• Reconcile monthly physical inventory count of vehicles, factory receivables & post weekly warranty EFT

• Oversee various schedules within Office departments

• Prepare and mail trade payoffs

• Assist in Special projects, filing and other duties as needed

• Assist on-boarding new employees

Qualifications

• Experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable clerk in a dealership

• Strong record of positive Customer Happiness and eagerness to improve

• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel

• Collaborative personality and professional personal appearance

• Valid driver's license
