Job Description Client Relationship Specialist II Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085 Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time Compensation: Up to $70,000 annually A growing wealth-management organization is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist II to support financial advisors and provide responsive, accurate service to clients. This is a junior-to-intermediate opportunity for someone who already has experience in wealth management, investment services, or financial-advisory support and wants to continue developing within the industry. Securities licenses are not required . Responsibilities Serve as a primary contact for client service and account requests. Support the administration of individual, retirement, trust, estate, and multi-entity accounts. Prepare, process, and monitor account documentation and service requests. Coordinate activities among clients, advisors, custodians, and outside professionals. Gather client information and help prepare reports and financial-planning materials. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up items. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Help implement client strategies and ongoing service plans. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and the client experience. Assist with client events and relationship-building initiatives. Qualifications Previous experience in wealth management, financial planning, brokerage operations, or investment-client service. Understanding of account administration and client-service procedures. Exposure to trusts, estates, or complex account registrations is strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and professional judgment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and financial-services technology. Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
