Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Glendale, AZ Position Summary Sam’s Club #4732, 18501 N 83rd Ave, Glendale, AZ 85308-0501. Paid hourly $18.00 – $26.00/hr. Full time, shifts may vary. The role keeps shelves stocked and maintains sanitary conditions in freezers and coolers while providing front‑line customer service in the deli. What you’ll do Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, completing required audits and documentation, and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise. Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. Follow company policies and procedures related to the freezer/cooler area, complying with food‑handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, following cold‑chain procedures when stocking, cleaning the area, monitoring fans, drains, and doors, and reporting issues to management.
