We are a leading international company specializing in providing exceptional customer service and content moderation. We are expanding our team across Europe and are looking for dedicated, motivated, and skilled French-speaking individuals to join us.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative: Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
Content Moderator: Monitor and review user-generated content across digital platforms, ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.
Requirements
- French (B2-C1 level, for some project only Native) and intermediate English (B1-B2 level)
- Problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus, but not mandatory
- EU Citizenship or Working VISA
- Willingness to Relocate
