General Description:
Job Requirements:
- Maintaining the availability of clean dishes at all times
- Cleaning kitchen appliances and machines
- Bussing tables to collect soiled plates and flatware
- Maintains all kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
- Taking out the trash
- Rinsing garbage cans
- Displays teamwork throughout the shift
- Follows standardized recipes, preparation, and portioning and presentation procedures
- Maintains organized kitchen, dish, and storage areas
- Adheres to proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and notifies management of items needing repair. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization for both the interior and exterior of the restaurant
- Cross trains to other positions when opportunities are available
- Good understanding of ingredients, kitchen safety and hygiene
- Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances
- Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs
- None
- Part-time/Full-Time/Hourly
- 10-40 hours weekly.
