You will lead the care team, performing advanced clinical tasks and providing vital education to patients and their caregivers.Clinical Expertise: Manage wound care (including wound vacs), infusions, traches, and LVADs.Collaborative Care: Coordinate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking compassionate, skilled RNs who are ready to make a tangible difference.
