- $50–$70/hour depending on project efficiency
- Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time as we grow)
- No cap on earnings
- Measure cabinet openings for custom products
- Install pull-out drawers, pantry systems, and cabinet accessories
- Perform cabinet refacing (veneers, doors, drawer fronts, hardware)
- Inspect materials and ensure quality installations
- Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Experience with cabinet installation and refacing preferred
- Carpentry or remodeling experience (1+ year preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic installation tools (hand and power tools)
- Vehicle capable of transporting materials
- Smartphone and access to a computer with internet
- Cabinet installers
- Finish or trim carpenters
- Skilled handymen
- Remodeling professionals
