As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 02:00 PM - 10:15 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:15 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting. Respond to incidents, behavioral health concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and facility information, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to site leadership. Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain communication with Allied Universal supervision and site personnel regarding daily activities and security-related matters. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least one year of security-related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Possess at least two years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field. Customer service experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
