Beale Infrastructure Group is seeking an experienced Construction Counsel to support end-to-end project development, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction-related agreements. The role partners with senior leaders to manage risk and drive efficient execution across hyperscale data center programs. The candidate will advise on risk allocation, contract structuring, and commercial strategy for large-scale developments, coordinating with outside counsel to address claims and disputes #J-18808-Ljbffr Beale Infrastructure
