The dentist provides supervision for all clinical staff, and oversees all aspects of clinical operations, including but not limited to: approving orders for clinical supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance and repair. Three years of increasingly responsible experience in providing professional dentistry case is desirable. A valid license to practice dentistry in Maine and a valid D.E.A. license to prescribe narcotics.Experience Required: Principles and practices of modern dentistry and oral surgery. Dental terminology and dental science. Theories, methods, and procedures for the prevention of dental diseases and the required corrective treatment.Cognitive Requirements: On a continuous basis, sit at a desk and in meetings for long periods of time. Intermittently twist to reach equipment surrounding desk; perform simple grasping and fine manipulation.Environment:
