Civil Estimator

Responsibilities Analyse drawings, specifications and tender documents for civil projects Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and pricing breakdowns Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities Assist in preparing and submitting tender proposals Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams on clarifications Maintain updated cost databases and estimation records Support post-tender clarifications and project handover documentation Follow company procedures and documentation standards What you will bring Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field At least 3 years of experience in civil construction estimating Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and cost structures Proficiency in Excel and estimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift or CostX Able to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, organised and deadline-driven Strong communication skills for internal and client coordination Experience supporting Australian, New Zealand or UK clients is an advantage Benefits Join a rapidly growing Australian-owned company Philippine statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th month pay) plus HMO from day one Modern office in the vibrant BGC district Supportive and collaborative work environment Training and onboarding provided to set you up for success #J-18808-Ljbffr Lynk Global
