Managing Director - Financial Services

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Managing Director to join our growing financial services firm in a player/coach capacity. This unique opportunity allows you to continue building your personal book of business while also mentoring and leading a team of financial professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals to achieve their personal and collective goals
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with our firm's vision and drive business growth
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with excellence
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
• Collaborate with the leadership team to recruit and onboard top-tier talent, enhancing our firm's capabilities
• Oversee client meetings and business development activities, ensuring high-impact outcomes
• Utilize proven marketing strategies to generate leads and expand your personal book of business and that of your team members

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial advisor or in a sales leadership role
• Active life/health insurance license and relevant securities licenses (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others
• Self-motivated with a passion for growth, both personally and as a leader
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Desire to build something bigger than yourself and leave a lasting impact
• Proven track record of success in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or a related industry
