Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient Adults

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join an outpatient adult clinic in Muskogee . This role focuses on helping adult patients regain independence and improve functional abilities following injury, illness, surgery, or neurological conditions. You will provide individualized treatment plans designed to enhance daily living skills, upper extremity function, coordination, and overall quality of life. Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat adult patients with physical, neurological, and functional limitations in an outpatient setting

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, and functional mobility techniques

• Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to improve independence and safety

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active state license as an Occupational Therapist in Oklahoma

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Minimum of 1 year of recent OT experience preferred, ideally in an outpatient or adult rehabilitation setting

• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
