Patient Services RepresentativeOverlake Medical Clinics is currently seeking an experienced FULL TIME Patient Services Representative for our Float Pool. Primary responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling appointments, answering phones, distribution of records through the EMR system and executing duties in a manner that provides excellent customer service for the patient experience. Must have car. Position has a variable work schedule and requires travel to all OMC clinic locations: Bellevue, Kirkland Redmond, Issaquah, Sammamish, Lake Hills and Newcastle.Full-time/40 hours per weekMonday - Friday clinic hours8 hour shiftsQualificationsHigh School diploma or GED required.Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.Excellent customer service and communication skills required.Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.Why Join Overlake?We're proud to offer benefits that support you in every stage of your career and life.
