**Required Experience and Certifications:** - SANE Certification: Required at the time of submission. - Years of Experience: 2 years required. - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS. - First-timers Accepted: Yes, first-time travelers are accepted. - Previous Charge Experience: Not required. - Charting System Experience: Required. - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - Flu Vaccine: Required, with medical/religious exemptions only. **Required Skills:** - Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal. - BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance. - Blood Product Administration. - Care of Ventilated Patient. - Central line care/management. - Management of dysrhythmias and interpretation of dysrhythmias. - Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE. - IV insulin protocols. - Management of multisystem organ dysfunction/failure. - Starting and maintaining IVs. - Titrate Cardiac drips and Vasoactive drips. - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention handling. **Preferred Experience:** - 1-2 years of preferred experience, but first-time travelers will be accepted. **Licensure:** - A valid state license is not required at the time of submission, but candidates must be willing to obtain it before starting. **Additional Details:** - Will float to Med Surg if needed. - ICU and Progressive Care experience including handling of patients requiring pressors, sedation, thrombolytic therapy, electrolyte replacement, and more required. - Perform bedside procedures such as chest tube placement, intubation, line placement, cardioversions, lumbar punctures, thoracentesis, and conscious sedation. - Travelers need to complete up to 8 hours of modules within 1 week of signing for Witham (preferred).
