The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Location: Sterling, VAPay rate: 18.00/hrSchedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00A-5:00PKey Responsibilities* Receive, unpack, verify, and inspect all incoming shipments; accurately stock materials in designated locations.* Accurately pick, process, and package outgoing customer orders using warehouse management software.* Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) and potentially delivery vehicles.* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and safety standards.* Assist with inventory control, maintain accurate records, and support teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications & Skills* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook); experience with inventory or warehouse management software is preferred.* Previous warehouse, forklift, or order picker experience is highly desired.* Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to customer service.* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.* Must be able to understand and follow all oral and written instructions and safety procedures.* Basic math skills required.Physical Requirements* Must possess the mobility to work in a standard warehouse setting.
