The ideal candidate has tax credit/low-income housing experience, strong people skills, sales experience, and a positive, professional attitude, with a desire to grow within the industry. Responsibilities include: leasing apartments, conducting tours, answering phones, resident and vendor relations, and general administrative support. Qualifications: Prior tax credit apartment leasing experience Strong sales and customer service skills (phone and in-person) Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Motivated, dependable, and professional in appearance and demeanor Great opportunity for career growth in property management WEEKLY PAY Monday - Friday Schedule Call or text to apply!
