Senior Water & Wastewater Project Leader

• Lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, storage facilities, and treatment systems • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at high quality standards • Oversee and coordinate project teams, including engineers, CAD designers, and subconsultants • Provide technical leadership and apply engineering expertise across water and wastewater system planning, funding, design and operations • Mentor and develop junior staff through coaching, training, and performance feedback • Prepare and deliver clear, concise technical documentation and presentations • Support team growth through collaboration, recruiting, and knowledge sharing Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California Minimum of 10 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering Proven experience managing projects, teams, schedules, and budgets Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver successful client outcomes ATS Optimization Keywords Below are skills and terms extracted directly from this job posting to improve Applicant Tracking System (ATS) visibility.
