Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Position Overview We are seeking a hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.. This role is a great fit for someone who values individualized care, strong family collaboration, and a team-based clinical environment. Both newly certified and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply. We provide strong clinical support, mentorship, and a collaborative approach to care. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians. Review client data and make data-driven clinical decisions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, physicians, and other service providers. Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies. Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines. Provide hybrid services, including in-home, school-based, community-based, and clinic support as services continue to expand throughout Mississippi. Support the continued growth of services throughout Mississippi BCBA Benefits Competitive hourly pay of $70–$80 per hour Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Part-time and full-time opportunities available Weekly pay on Tuesdays $250 hire-on bonus after 60 days of active employment serving clients One hour of non-billable time for every 10 billable hours Non-billable time must be used the following week and does not roll over Paid monthly team meeting held every fourth Friday $30 assessment bonus for each assessment submitted within two weeks of the initial parent interview or when billing begins for the assessment, whichever comes first Referral bonus opportunities Referral bonuses are paid once the referred RBT or BCBA completes at least 60 days of employment Tuition discount through our partnership with Purdue Global Ongoing clinical mentorship and leadership support Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Administrative and credentialing support A collaborative and supportive clinical team environment Ability to work across home, school, clinic, community, and remote settings Compensation & Schedule Pay: $70–$80 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available Location: Mississippi Work Setting: Hybrid (in-home, school, community, and clinic) Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Active Mississippi Behavior Analyst License issued by the Mississippi Autism Board (required) Active Mississippi Medicaid Provider ID (required) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills Ability to collaborate effectively with families, schools, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes, schools, and community settings as needed Ability to pass required background checks and maintain eligibility to work in the United States Join Our Team At Carry On Therapy, we are committed to providing compassionate, individualized ABA services that empower children and families to thrive.
