Job Description and Duties Effective July1,2025, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP2025) will reduce the base salary of full‑time employees in Bargaining UnitR01, and related excluded, exempt and statutory exempt employees, by3%, and will provide5 hours PLP2025 leave credits monthly through June2027. CCHCS seeks to fill a permanent/full‑time Information Technology Associate position in the Information Technology Services Division. Under the general supervision of the Information Technology SupervisorII, the IT Associate carries out routine technical duties to support the IT Services Division’s financial operations, reporting and strategy. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with complex and diverse administrative functions related to technical financial modeling and forecasting, including maintenance, analysis, reporting, and planning activities. Supporting budget preparation exercises and preparing expenditure reports and analyses. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and upholding ethical standards. Collaborating effectively with colleagues. Providing travel support to various institutions and after‑hours support for California Correctional Health Care Services software applications and systems, as needed.
