• Staffing Model: Supervision. 1 Anesthesiologist to 3-4 CRNA's

• Case Mix: general, orthopedic, urology, bariatric, ENT, and other surgical cases.
\n
• Volume: 3-4 OR's
\n
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 30-45 days
