- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Java, REST APIs, and web services
- Experience with DevOps pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, uDeploy, and KOMPASS
- Strong ability to learn new technologies and adapt to new challenges
- Proven experience developing and writing REST APIs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is an advantage
- Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for Agile team collaboration
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong complex problem-solving skills
- Responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Communication Platforms and Event Streaming Platforms that provide real-time communication and event processing for Workplace Solutions
- Work on applications responsible for delivering millions of service and regulatory communications to Workplace participants
- Development activities involve mid-tier Java applications, user interface components, and backend technologies
- Focus on external cloud deployment, feature enhancement, automation, and improving participant experience
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams to build scalable and reliable solutions
