Fiber Optic Splicer

Perform fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing using industry-standard tools and equipment Read and interpret construction prints, splice diagrams, and work orders Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair fiber optic networks Use OTDR, power meters, and other testing equipment to ensure quality and compliance Maintain accurate project documentation and records Follow all safety protocols and company policies Travel to job sites as needed Qualifications: Proven experience as a fiber optic splicer or related role Proficiency in using OTDR, fusion splicers, and related tools Ability to read and understand network diagrams and technical documentation Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required Qualifications Behaviors Preferred Team Player : Works well as a member of a group Education Preferred High School or better.
