Sales Assistant

Job Title Export Sales Assistant Summary Based in Los Angeles, this role is responsible for operational sales support on the Export Sales Team. You will be the point of contact for assigned accounts, working with internal cross‑functional teams to support sales from start to finish. Submit design projects and collaborate with customers and the internal creative team to ensure customers receive exactly what they need. Request product samples based on customer requirements. Coordinate customer visits to corporate headquarters. Work with the product development team to ensure samples are produced correctly and shipped to us in a timely manner. Constantly follow up with everyone involved—customer, creative, PD, including CFO—for approval of the appropriate shipping method. Collect production information for new‑item set up, including image information for item creation in Oracle, which requires extensive data entry. Run multiple weekly reports. Requirements LOCAL candidate only. In‑office, Monday through Friday, at Gibson headquarters in Los Angeles. Relevant inside sales operations support experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Excellent multi‑tasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Oracle ERP helpful but not required.
