Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct virtual therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. Interact with clients through secure telehealth platforms that ensure confidentiality and ease of use. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing you with a structured workday while still enabling a balanced lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and evaluations to identify specific mental health needs and establish a baseline for treatment.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that are designed around each client's unique goals and circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions through telehealth methods, adapting therapeutic techniques to the virtual environment to ensure effective engagement.
• Stay informed about best practices and advancements within the mental health field by participating in ongoing professional development and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The nature of our practice means you will encounter clients from various cultural backgrounds, requiring a strong commitment to understanding and integrating culturally competent practices into your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• An active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is mandatory for this position.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, showcasing your proficiency in handling diverse client issues.
• Demonstrated skills in employing culturally sensitive, evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.

Preferred Experience
