Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments including exercise, massage, and gait and balance training under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement therapeutic interventions as outlined in the patient's individualized care plan
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately following each treatment session
• Report treatment results and patient updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Collaborate with the care team and patients' families to support meaningful rehabilitation goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of PTA experience (required)
• Active Texas state license or valid compact license (required)
• Current and valid Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in good standing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Long Term Care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility setting
• Familiarity with personalized care planning and goal-oriented rehabilitation approaches
