Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring additional BCBAs for its growing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy practice in Greenville, North Carolina! Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, provides both in-home and clinic-based speech language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA Therapy services throughout the Carolinas, including in Greenville, North Carolina. BCBAs employed by Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, may provide services in homes and/or within one of our clinical office locations. All applicants must have a Masters Degree from an accredited institution and have obtained their BCBA certification. Responsibilities Conducting assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities, specifically autism Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Supervise RBTs providing behavioral therapy and interventions to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills Monitoring and tracking patient progress through data collection and analysis Collaborating with other healthcare and behavioral health professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care Providing training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management strategies Maintaining accurate and up-to-date behavioral documentation and records Necessary Experience Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques Familiarity with special education laws and regulations Strong understanding of medical and behavioral health terminology Benefits New I-Pad or laptop to all new hires Competitive salary Health insurance plan participation Vision and dental plan participation Payment of all professional dues Professional liability insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401k retirement plan with a company match Yearly continuing education stipend Coverage of expenses for all necessary therapy manipulatives, materials, and therapy toys #J-18808-Ljbffr
