QRC Group, LLC is a firm dedicated to offer services to the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Chemical Industries in the validation and regulatory fields. Job Description The Industrial Technician will perform basic tasks associated with the installation, maintenance, and repairs of manufacturing and packaging equipment. Availability to work in North Carolina . Able to identify, locates and diagnoses failure, replaces defective components and performs basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions. Maintain accurate records always keeping equipment and systems cGMP compliant. Uses a variety of hand, power and test tools and equipment. Performs routine general maintenance tasks as designated by supervisor, to include any or all the following areas: process (formulation tanks and filler machines) and packaging equipment, utility equipment; HVAC; Purified water among others. Coordinates and executes maintenance on critical systems/equipment with supervisor. Performs multi-shift work as required. Maintain a safe work environment; work in a safe manner following all safety SOP’s and wear Personal Protective Equipment as required. Able to check and respond to troubleshooting activities for Equipment Monitoring & Building Management Systems alerts and alarms. Ensure maintenance work orders are completed on time while adhering to operational standards. Availability to work in North Carolina . Qualifications Industrial Mechanic Certification, Instrumentation, Engineering or related. At least 3 years of experience with manufacturing and/or laboratory equipment/machines. Availability to work any shift (24/5) Bilingual-English and Spanish Availability to work in North Carolina .
