Overview Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Branson, MO. This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment. Location: Branson, MO 65616 Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM (Central Time) Hours per Week: 40 hours Start Date: ASAP Pay Highlights: $25/hour Base pay range : $24.50/hr - $25.00/hr Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and safe blood draws from pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients. Prepare and process specimens according to established laboratory protocols. Verify patient demographics and ensure proper labeling of specimens, including patient signature verification post-venipuncture. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all collected specimens. Deliver excellent customer service while promoting a positive image to patients, clients, and colleagues. Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Cover multiple locations as needed, including Patient Service Centers and in-office phlebotomy, with minimal notice. Demonstrate adherence to all company policies, including safety, dress code, and Everyday Excellence principles. Flexible availability to cover weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as needed. Participate in training at various locations depending on trainer availability. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible. Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
