What You’ll Do Monitor anesthesia and assist in advanced surgeries Perform dental cleanings and take dental radiographs Work side by side with the surgery doctor to determine surgical flow and priorities Delegate tasks to ensure efficiency and patient safety Mentor and train technicians and assistants Onboard new hires to hospital protocols and standards Assist in scheduling and maintaining a smooth daily workflow Lead by example to uphold our high standards of medicine and patient care Support collaboration between hospital leadership and the technical team What We’re Looking For Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) preferred 2+ years of proven anesthesia, surgical, and dental experience required Proven ability to monitor anesthesia and assist in complex surgeries Strong communication and leadership skills Experience training and mentoring team members Positive, compassionate, and professional mindset Excited to help shape the success of our hospital’s surgical services Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $23/hr, starting point, increases with experience.
