Candidate Pay Rate: $55 - $38.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and mobility techniques
• Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with clinic and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Hold an active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in California
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Outpatient experience preferred, but we welcome motivated new graduates
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Education

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting
