Epic Application Analyst

Description• Troubleshoot complex system issues; identify root causes and resolve or escalate appropriately• Plan, design, implement, maintain, optimize, and support applications• Gather, validate, and translate complex technical specifications• Collaborate with clinical users and IT teams through evaluation, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance• Address highly technical issues during installation and maintenance• Conduct debugging of complex programs• Design, analyze, and build workflows to meet user needs• Configure and integrate electronic and mechanical hardware with software solutions• Gather and analyze data for problem resolution• Document design, application, and technical specifications; assist with support and training materials• Identify reporting needs and collaborate with report developers• Partner with vendors to improve system functionality and usability• Recommend system improvements to vendors• Review documentation for upgrades and monthly system updates; assess impacts• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 end-user support• Mentor team members• Act as project lead for complex initiatives• Participate in on-call rotation as requiredScope & Level Guidelines:• Broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures within specialization• Complexity: Requires organizational and specialty knowledge• Decision Making: Independent judgment with authority to escalate high-impact or complex decisions• Communication: Communicates complex, interpretive information• Supervision: Limited supervision with high independence; supported by lower-level staff as applicableSkillsApplication support, pharmacy, willow inpatient, Build, Support, willow inventoryTop Skills DetailsApplication support,pharmacy,willow inpatientAdditional Skills & QualificationsMSUT HAVE:• Experience: 5+ years Epic build experience• Required Certifications: Willow IP CertificationNICE TO HAVE:• Certifications: Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician preferred• Willow Inventory (preferred)Experience LevelIntermediate LevelWe reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
