Growth Lead, Marketing & E-commerce
ROAD iD
ROAD iD Brands is seeking a senior marketing leader to run the marketing, eCommerce, and creative organization. You’ll oversee three brand teams, with five direct reports, and own strategy, budget, and growth initiatives.
You’ll work closely with the Founder and provide vision, accountability, and coaching across a fast‑paced environment. We value AI‑forward thinking, proven DTC success, and a track record of building growth engines with a personal touch.
