This role involves delivering patient care through the professional practice model of Relationship Centered Care, utilizing the nursing process, evidence-based practices, and approved organizational standards. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, educates patients and caregivers, and ensures quality and safety in patient care. Additionally, the RN contributes to professional development, operational efficiency, and patient experience improvement initiatives.
