Certified Nursing Assistant

We're looking for compassionate and dedicated CNAs to provide hands-on care and emotional support to our residents. If you're passionate about helping others and want to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to have you on our team!

Job Duties:

• Assist residents with hygiene and daily living needs
• Support feeding and basic treatments under nurse direction
• Observe and report emotional and physical changes
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Use equipment safely and follow OSHA guidelines
• Attend required training and assist in other areas as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Completion of a Michigan-approved Nurse Aide Training Program (minimum 75 hours)
• Successful completion of the Michigan Nurse Aide Competency Evaluation (written and skills exam)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment with varied conditions
