Main Street, Fort Worth, TX 76104 Shift: Day (Mon-Fri 8-5) Job Description The Licensed Physical Therapist provides and executes a Physical Therapy plan of care for patients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. Typical Duties Evaluates and executes a Physical Therapy plan of care for patients. Documents patient care and charges. Provides leadership and direction for Physical Therapist Assistants, support staff, and Physical Therapy students. Participates in professional development and continuing education to ensure compliance with licensure laws. Performs other related job duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Education and Experience: B.S. in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Preferred Education and Experience: 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist.
