Become a part of a newly established multispecialty practice supported by a well-respected dermatology group that recognizes the essential role of endocrine health in systemic and inflammatory disorders. By incorporating endocrinology services internally, we aim to enhance collaboration and create a more unified patient journey.

Position Overview:

• Independent Practice: Operate within a structured, collaborative framework that emphasizes quality care over patient volume, reducing the need for fragmented referrals.
• Clinical Responsibilities: Diagnose and manage a diverse array of endocrine and metabolic disorders, such as Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, thyroid issues, metabolic syndrome, and various hormonal imbalances.
• Collaborative Care: Partner closely with specialists in rheumatology, gastroenterology, allergy/immunology, and dermatology to co-manage patients with complex, multisystem conditions.
• Integrated Approach: Work in an environment that merges traditional endocrinology with functional and preventive medicine, focusing on long-term health optimization and longevity.
• Care Model: Flourish in a low-fragmentation care model designed to improve communication, continuity, and patient outcomes.
• Work Schedule: Enjoy a flexible workweek of 3 to 5 days, with no evening or weekend shifts and minimal on-call responsibilities.
• Compensation: Receive a guaranteed base salary for two years, aligned with the MGMA 75th-100th percentile, ranging from $153K to over $197K, providing stability and long-term growth potential without the pressure of RVUs.
