Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5×8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week (32 hours/week during holiday weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient progress and outcomes
• Complete all required credentialing and facility-specific documentation prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan (compact license accepted at start; permanent Michigan license must be obtained promptly)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract QA requirements before start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel or contract therapy experience
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols
