Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219
Duration: 8 Weeks
Schedule: Night Shift – 3x12 hours
- Local Candidates: $1,000 – $1,500 per week
- Travel Candidates: $1,400 – $1,900 per week
- Perform comprehensive, holistic patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs
- Identify signs, symptoms, and clinical data to support nursing diagnoses and patient care planning
- Report abnormal findings and changes in patient condition to the physician and charge nurse in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members using appropriate handoff and communication methods
- Ensure patient, family, and environmental safety by identifying risks and implementing safety measures
- Deliver high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with professional nursing standards
- Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
