Responsibilities Be a constant presence in up to 12 stores, pursuing operational excellence. Sample and ensure high‑quality, freshly prepared food. Coach teams against key performance measures, including people development, food quality, speed, labor, and delivering a best guest experience. Take full accountability for store culture, coaching with compassion and celebrating wins. Apply knowledge of in‑store equipment to set up, clean, and troubleshoot. Build relationships across departments to support operations. Identify problems and empower teams to find solutions quickly. Qualifications 5+ years track record leading teams as a multi‑unit leader across various store types. Preferred: Master of drive‑thru operations. Knowledgeable of business metrics and market trends. Proven track record hiring and developing a bench of store leaders. Strong time‑management, multitasking, accountability, effective communication, and follow‑up.
