Job Description Minimum 1+ years physical therapy experience required. Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join a vibrant educational team in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA. This full-time position is available for the entire school year, providing an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on students physical health and well-being in a dynamic school environment. Key Responsibilities Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with physical therapy needs. Implement therapeutic interventions and track progress to ensure optimal outes. Collaborate with school staff, including teachers, school nurses, and counselors, to support students physical and educational goals. Educate and support students and their families about physical therapy techniques and home exercises. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy services and student progress. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and acmodations. Qualifications Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California. Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required. Strong munication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staff. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
