**Required Experience and Qualifications:**- BLS, NBCOT, and TX License- 1 year of experience- Charting System Experience: Required- Skills: Acute Care, Activities of Daily Living, Biofeedback (not required), Cardiac Rehabilitation, Edema Massage, Electrical Stimulation (not required), Feeding Techniques, TENS (not required), Ultrasound (not required), Arthritis program, Hand Injury, Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Soft Tissue Injuries, Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement, Above knees prosthetics, Below knee prosthetics, Dynamic splints, Functional splints, Orthoplast, Serial/Inhibitory splints, Static splints, Upper extremity prosthetics, CVA Rehabilitation, Lower Extremity, Spinal cord injury, Upper Extremity- Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics- Two years of experience in service line required- License in hand required with submittal**Preferred Experience and Skills:**- Community Hospital Experience: Preferred- Charting System: Altera experience preferred, not required- Travel Experience: Preferred**Certifications and Licenses:**- BLS- NBCOT- TX License**Vaccine Requirements:**- Flu Vaccine Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)- COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required**Note:** Facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, including for Marijuana, which is mandatory.
