Litigation Paralegal

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice within a professional law firm environment. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with day-to-day litigation matters and case management Coordinate and track litigation deadlines and court dates Draft, edit, proofread, and finalize legal documents and court filings Electronically file documents with courts and agencies Communicate with court personnel regarding filings and procedural matters Coordinate meetings, calls, and attorney schedules Enter attorney time and support billing activities Review pre-bills and assist with billing accuracy Manage multiple assignments simultaneously Qualifications Prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Litigation Legal Secretary Law firm experience required Court e-filing experience Deadline and calendar management experience Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Exceptional attention to detail Preferred Experience with Kofax/Nuance, InTapp, LMS+, or iManage Billing and time-entry experience Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr Thomas Talent Network
