Make Ready Technician

Summit Property Management is hiring Make Ready Technicians for positions in Fort Worth. Responsibilities include preparing vacant apartments for move in, sweeping sidewalks and keeping them clean and clear of debris and hazards, maintaining all exterior areas of the property clean and free of all debris by picking up trash and cigarette butts, keeping all dumpster areas clean and presentable, ensuring that all exterior lighting is operable, changing bulbs when needed, clearing all vacant apartments of any debris, trash or any other items left behind by previous resident(s) before the apartment being made-ready, reviewing the make-ready board and following through on direction from the manager to determine action to be taken on vacant apartments, meeting all make ready turn timelines, completing all required checks and ensuring logs are kept up-to-date, completing landscaping duties as assigned, and adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

Minimum qualifications include 3+ months of grounds keeping, pool service, or cleaning experience preferred, high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required, great attention to detail, self-motivated and able to achieve results individually, enjoys outdoor work, basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry, and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
