Estimator – Heavy Civil/Site Work/Utilities/Agtek Location: Columbia, SC Pay: $90,000 – $120,000 + Annual Bonus Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Our client provides comprehensive civil construction services across the Southeast, specializing in site development, grading, utilities, and mining reclamation. They are looking for you, an experienced Estimator who is ready to take ownership of high-impact projects. This is a direct hire opportunity with strong long-term potential and advancement.

What You Get To Do:

• Estimate civil construction projects ranging from $500K to $10M • Prepare accurate cost breakdowns for labor, equipment, and materials • Read and interpret conceptual and schematic drawings • Identify risks, value engineering options, and constructability concerns • Collaborate with project managers and field teams • Use takeoff/modeling software to support bid preparation

What You Need To Succeed:

• 2+ years of experience in civil construction estimating • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent • Experience with site work, grading, drainage, and utilities • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe • Familiarity with Agtek, Trimble Business Center, Carlson, or similar software • HCSS or B2W software experience is a plus
